Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Every order requires you to view a full preview of your photo inside the chosen frame before checkout, and your decision to place the order is treated as final. Please review your frame selection, size, and photo placement carefully before completing payment.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind regarding frame color, size, mount, or image selection once an order has been placed.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or has a genuine structural defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@siddhiframes.com or via WhatsApp with clear photographic proof. We will arrange a free repair or replacement.

4. Payment Deducted but Order Not Placed

In rare cases, an amount may be deducted from your account or card during checkout without a corresponding order being created on our system. If this happens to you:

• Contact us immediately at contact@siddhiframes.com or WhatsApp at +91 70306 44646.
• Include proof of payment (bank/UPI statement, payment confirmation screenshot, or transaction ID).
• Our team will verify the transaction against our payment records and resolve the issue by either confirming your order or processing a refund to your original payment method.
